・牛乳石鹸
固形石鹸は石鹸素地って言う材料で出来てるアルカリ性。長所は、界面活性剤は肌に残らず、肌の細胞の生まれ変わりの阻害をしにくい
欠点は洗い上がり突っ張る。なので、保湿がマスト
一般の洗顔料はたいてい酸性。長所は洗い上がりにふっくらすること。短所はなかなか落ちにくいこと。
肌細胞の生まれ変わりを邪魔する界面活性剤の存在は出来るだけ避けたいので固形石鹸をお勧めしてる。
・泡立てネット
無印や100均でもうってる。
・モフモフ
手と肌を泡を介して洗うイメージ。総合時間20秒でいい。ようするに軽くて良い。それで大抵の汚れは落ちるし、それで落ちないのはとってはいけない汚れ。
・すすぎ100回
すすぎの方が重要。100回は決してオーバーじゃない。100回やると落ちた感触がつかめるはず。水をかけるだけ。擦ってはいけない。
・新品のタオルでふわふわ拭く
固いごわごわしたのは肌を擦ることになる。やさしくポンポン拭く
どちらにしようか迷います。ドゥ・ラ・メールも
捨てがたいです。
・保湿成分
肌は基本的に、内部に保湿成分というものが存在することで潤っている。保湿成分とは、セラミド、ヒアルロン酸など。
物質によって作用の仕方は違うが、それらは生成するのが大変なので値段が高い。ヒアルロン酸などは最近値段が下がってきたが…

化粧水＋乳液は、化粧水で入れた潤いを乳液でフタをするイメージである。
・24時前

・絶対に寝て
眠れないのはわかる。精神科行くと最近は簡単に睡眠導入剤出してくれるし、足つぼマッサージや、照明を暗くする、ラベンダーの香りなどでリラックスするなど。とにかくどうしてでも寝るのがマスト
・一人暮らしは食事に注意
一人暮らしでビタミンB1、B2、A、C…あたりは補給した方が無難。
・物理的摩擦
頬づえや、日中肌を触ったりすると、傷んでる肌は敏感なので、刺激になってしまう。なるべく気にしない心がけをするのがベター
・運動
週に2回でも運動はした方がいいと思う。湯船にちゃんとつかって汗をかくのも大事
・ストレス
ストレスは一言では解決できないことではあるが、あまり肌を見過ぎるのは禁物かも知れない。とにかく初めのうちは、肌を修復しようとする細胞が白くニョロニョロと見えて、ストレスになるが、
それも2ヶ月くらいでやむので、我慢する。そこでイライラして擦ったり、とったりするとループするのであまり気にしないで信じて気長に待つ。

自分の好みは牛脂とヤシ油のコンビなので、たとえば
松山油脂のEMSマイルドピュアソープMとか。
ただ洗顔のときには気分も大切だから、手に入るときは
ルクサのローズオットー石鹸もすごくいい感じ。
あとは廃油リサイクルの品の傑作、エスケー石鹸の
きれいに生まれ変わって石けんもかなりいい感じ。
肌の調子次第だけど、洗顔後になにかつけた方がいいかも。

皮膚からは中に入らないので、芸能人はワザワザ注射するのはその為。
セラミドだけは皮膚から内側に入るのでクリームはセラミド配合が良い。
しかし俺の経験から何が配合してあろうが、ジェルタイプが最強に良い。
どんな高級品のクリームよりも、適当なジェルタイプは肌が綺麗になる。
理論的にはありえないが、俺は一年中ひどいアカギレ持ちで病院の薬がきかなかったのに、
ジェルタイプの化粧水を使ううちに手のアカギレが治った。
ちなみに凄い高価な化粧水も原価は100円とかなので、1万円とかするものは絶対買うなよ。
高いのも安いのも中身は一緒だからな！

俺は、匂い代とか瓶代に１万円払う層がいても別にいいんじゃないかと思う。
コンビニコスメとデパート１Ｆでしかお目にかかれないコスメじゃ、あからさまに
香りの高級度合いに差があるし、インテリアとしての見た目も違う。
俺は574円の安物化粧水使ってるが、バラの香りを選んでしまうわ。
同じ種類で香りが3種ある中からバラだけを買ってしまう。
まあ瓶は捨てるら気にしないが。

自分は22歳男ですが、小学生の時からニキビに悩まされ、長期に亘る抗生物質
の服用や、ケミカルピーリングなどの治療を行ってきましたが、根治せず今に至ります。
最近では赤いスキンピールバー（ピーリング石鹸）を用いたスキンケアを行って
おりましたが、とあるメールマガジンを見て自分のスキンケアが間違っていたと
痛感し、牛乳石鹸＆化粧水＆オイルでのスキンケアに変えました。
使用を続けるうちに鼻のわきに苔のように角質がつき、どうしたもんだろう
と思っていたところ、その箇所が炎症を起こし、おそらく脂漏性湿疹になって
しまったようです。強い痛みと痒みがあります。
肌が今までの間違ったスキンケアにより脂性肌になっており、皮脂がオイルと
相まって酸化したようです。
この場合どうすればよいのでしょうか・・・。
無理な質問だとは思いますがお先真っ暗です。。。

情報を仕入れない方がいいかと。
顔や体のにきびに関しては、これはもう「どうしてもできちゃう人」が
存在する訳で、決してスキンケアだけの問題では解決しない。
ただ、水だけは飲みまくった方がいいでしょうね。４リットル/日を目標に。
これだけで相当色んなものが洗い流せます。

水で洗うだけ。顔以外に問題がないなら、他の部分は従来通りで。

・食生活をまともなものにする。
食事を抜かない。バランスの整った、栄養を考えた食事をとり、
ジャンクフードをはじめとする間食を果物などに置き換える。
・向こう三年間、顔の状態を気にしない。
酸化だの脂性だのスキンケアだのといった言葉を忘れる。
どーしても仕事終わりが1時超えてしまう
それでスタートが８時とか９時だったら、死ぬ前に転職した方がいいですよ。
