目的としては学校で利用しあ場合の無駄な音声アシスタントの排除やら
ストアやらUMPの削除。
Windows7のような構成でWindows8近い存在だろ。
アプリとかはレイアウトはシステムフォントをいじっているので
Windows7を８以降で使うと文字が小さかったり共通だろうけどさ
学校で求められるのは
通信で圧迫しないこと
アップデートで端末のストレージの容量が肥大化しないこと
頻繁にアップデートしないこと（迷惑）
など
今の仕様のWindowsは不便すぎてもう学校で使えるOSじゃないんだよ。

回線に関しては教員用と生徒用で別回線使っているが

一般家庭の契約の回線にパソコン１００台とかぶら下がった状態。
頻繁にアクセスするタイプは望まれない。
動画は基本アクセス禁止。

system will be available in an ISO file so developers can download and install it to
