小諸市の職員が酒気帯びの状態で軽乗用車を運転したとして逮捕されました。
酒気帯び運転の疑いで逮捕されたのは小諸市の職員で御影新田に住む渡辺鉄也容疑者51歳です。
調べによりますと渡辺容疑者は昨夜7時半ごろ、自宅近くの市道で軽乗用車を運転中に男性が乗った自転車と接触する事故を起こし、駆けつけた警察官によって酒気帯び運転が発覚しました。
渡辺容疑者は容疑を認めているということです。
渡辺容疑者の逮捕を受けて小諸市は会見を開き、田中尚公総務部長が「深くお詫びを申し上げます。
誠に申し訳ございませんでした」と被害者と市民に謝罪しました。
市によりますと渡辺容疑者は健康づくり課で母子保健を担当する係長で、きのうは定時に退庁し事故について昨夜のうちに本人から電話で報告があったということです。
市は「詳細がわかり次第、厳正に処分する」としています。

大阪府枚方市で野生のアライグマを捕獲して飼育したり、虐待をしたりしていた疑いで大工の男2人が書類送検されました。
全身を真っ赤に塗られた「アライグマ」…この写真とともに枚方市に虐待の通報があったことから、事件が発覚しました。
外来生物法違反などの疑いで書類送検された大工の男（41）は、今年4月から5月にかけて、建設業者の資材置き場で、野生のアライグマを捕獲し、飼育した疑いなどがもたれています。
また、別の大工の男（41）はこのアライグマをフォークリフトでつるし上げるなどの虐待行為をしていたとして、動物愛護法違反の疑いで書類送検されました。
調べに対しこの男は、「手をかまれたので腹が立った」と話していて、2人とも容疑を認めています。
アライグマは塗料を洗い流し、山に返されたということです。
